Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Window

We want you to love what you bring home from Earth Wind & Fire Boutique. If a piece isn't right, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.

Eligibility

• Clothing and wraps must be unworn and unwashed, with original tags attached
• Jewelry must be unworn and returned in its original packaging
• Items must be free of damage, alteration, or wear caused after delivery

Non-Returnable Items

Because many of our pieces are one-of-a-kind or made to order, items marked Final Sale at checkout are not eligible for return or exchange. Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless defective.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email support@earthwindfire.us with your order code and the reason for return
2. We'll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 1–2 business days
3. Pack the item securely with tags attached and write the RMA number on the outside of the box
4. Ship to the return address provided in your RMA confirmation email

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, damaged in transit, or defective merchandise), in which case we cover the cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we process refunds within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

To exchange a piece for a different size or color, return the original item and place a new order — this is the fastest way to secure the replacement piece, since our inventory is limited.

Defective or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@earthwindfire.us with your order code and a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
